Ingredients: Coriander (35.2%), Black gram dhal(22.6%), Red chilli(17.8%), Cumin, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Cloves, Edible vegetable oil, Curry leaves.
Direction for use:
Cook or pressure cook 150g of vegetables (Carrot, Beans etc.) and keep it aside.
Add water to Rice and Toordal(about 50g each), add few drops of cooking oil and pinch of turmeric powder and pressure cook.
In a vessel boil the tamarind extract with little water. If desired you can add a little quantity of jaggery to the tamarind extract. To this add the cooked dal, rice and vegetables. Adjust the desired liquid consistency by using water. Add 1 tbsp. Bisebele Bath Masala and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 min.
Seasoning: Heat the ghee and add Mustard, Cashew nuts, Curry leaves, Small onions or Capsicum. Add this to Bisibele Bath. Serve hot.
Store in a cool & dry palce. Use a dry spoon to take the masala. Once the pack is opened transfer the contents into an air tight container.
