Mixed Spices
Ingredients: Coriander (36.7%), Black gram dal(22.2%), Red chilli(17.8%), Cumin, Fenugreek, Edible vegetable oil, Cinnamon, Cloves.
Direction for use:
In a vessel heat 5 tablespoon of oil, add mustard, gram dal, Channa dal and cashew. Fry till the dal turns golden brown. Now add 300g of Brinjal or Capsicum and fry well. To this add a pinch of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of salt and lemon juice. Now add 1 tablespoon (15g) of VANGIBATH POWDER and mix well to make a masala. Add cooked rice and mix well.
Tips: Serve with raitha or chutney. Rice can be substituted with Millet or Broken wheat (dalia).
Remember: Store in a cool & dry place. Use a dry spoon to take the masala. Once the pack is opened transfer the contents into an air tight container
