Ingredients: Semolina(80%), Edible Vegetable Fat(Palm oil & Palm Kernel oil), Bengal Gram dal, Cashew Nut, Salt, Curry Leaves, Sugar, Mustard, Mixed spices, Raising agent Sodium Bicarbonate(INS 500 ii),Acidity regulator citric acid, Turmeric powder, Spray dried lemon powder, Green Chilli, Ginger.
Direction for use:
- Take 1 Measure** of mix, add 1 measure** sour curd
- 10g of chopped coriander leaves mix well to form batter and keep aside for 3 minutes.
- Steam the batter in an idli vessel for 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame. Or use microwave oven and steam the idli in a microwave safe vessel for 3 minutes. Serve hot
- Tip : Serve Hot with potato curry, Sambar & Green coconut chutney.
