Ingredients : Finger Millwt(11%), Kodo Millet(5%), Foxtail Millet(5%), Little Millet, Barnyard Millet, Pearl Millet, Proso Millet, Brown Top Millet, Flax Seeds, Horse Gram Dal, Green Moong Dal, Corn, White Jower, Red Rice, Barley, Urad Dal, Toor Dal, Chikpea, Almond, Cashew Nut, Ground Nut.
Direction for use:
- Take 1 tbsp (app 15g) of KTM Health Mix
- Mix in 200ml of water or milk
- Place on stove & cook for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add salt or Jaggery according to taste.
- Serve the cooked KTM Health mix
Recommended usage:
- Early morning on empty stomach.
Evening Tea Time.
