Ingredients : Oats(51%), Rice Suji(34%), Edible Vegetable Fat(Palm oil & Palm Kernel oil), Bengal Gram dal, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate(INS 500 ii), Mustard, Green Chilli, Ginger cut, Curry leaves.
Direction for use:
- Take 1 Measure** of mix, add 1 measure** sour curd to form batter
- Set aside for 3 minutes
- Steam the batter in an idli vessel for 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame.
- Tip: Serve Hot with potato curry, Sambar & Green coconut chutney.
